We are lucky to find truffle on the farm, we don't have a massive amount but there are enough out there to get them onto the menu at The Old Inn. The best truffles are from November through the winter months although we do get nice pungent truffle in the summer months. We are making a single Gloucester cheese, and hope that we have enough to put on the specials board at The Old Inn and to send some to our chef friends around the country.

The man who finds them with us is our mate Tom the truffle and his amazing little dog
